Graham, before operation, vows he'll be back in his wrestling boots in no time. "nothing puts me down," said the superstar.
Physicians at Centinela Hospital Center in Inglewood, California, examine X-rays of Graham's knee before operation. The damaged hip was extremely painful, but Graham had been wrestling with it without complaint.
Dr. Dorr repaired the Superstar's hip socket and implanted a new ball made of space-age metal, titanium. "It was the biggest size made." says Dorr of the device. "But, then, he's avery big man."

After surgery, Graham is as high-spirited as ever. Still in recovery, he is already planning his ring comeback. His "thumbs up" gesture shows his optimism.
